I'll put up what I'm currently reading here. I don't believe in criticising another writer's work - I understand the work that goes into a novel. So I'll only include the books I enjoy.
'Sweet Tooth' is by Ian McEwan. It's a story about deception. Set in the 1970s, a minor MI5 operative is tasked with hiring a novelist who can promote the West's cause and counteract propaganda from the East.
'Road Dogs' is by one of the best crime writers of all time, Elmore Leonard. This is the follow-up to 'Out Of Sight' about the further adventures of Jack Foley.
